Oxford Quilt Group was formed in 1981. Members are drawn from Oxford and surrounding towns and villages. Membership is 30- 40 quilters. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month (Bank Holidays excepted).
The main meeting takes place on the 3rd Monday of the month when we have a speaker or an evening workshop.
The 1st Monday of the month is a Stitch and Chat evening. These meetings are not structured, but are an opportunity for members to continue with current work and seek help from others. At most S&C nights during 2010-11 there will be a demonstration of an aspect of P&Q for those who are interested.
We are a friendly group of quilters ranging from beginners to those with experience. New members and visitors are warmly welcomed and we are more than happy to share our knowledge with them.
